One common question I get is “how is a nutritionist different from a dietician?” In short, instead of solely focusing on diet alone, I embrace a holistic approach to health and wellness. Food is just part of the equation (although a very important part!), but so is self-care, daily movement, and an approach to wellness that is tailored and sustainable – meaning it fits your specific goals, lifestyle and attitudes. Together we will create a plan that fits you as a unique individual with unique needs to ensure success and change that will last a lifetime!

I am based in Toronto and offer in-person sessions within the GTA at my private office at 678 Kingston Rd. and phone/FaceTime sessions for those outside of the GTA.

The Natural You Program

Working one-on-one, we will identify your main health concerns and goals while helping you build the right habits and knowledge base to live a healthy, balanced and sustainable lifestyle.

Introductory Session – $160

Includes:

  • A 1-hour in-person or phone session where we discuss your main health concerns and goals
  • Complete lifestyle assessment, including medical history and current lifestyle and nutritional habits
  • Complete Nutri-Systems Profile to explore symptoms and identify current areas of imbalance
  • Personalized healing plan, including food, supplement and lifestyle recommendations based in your areas of imbalance, main health concerns and personal goals
  • 7-Day Custom Meal Plan, including recipes catered to your goals, specific health concerns and your lifestyle and strategies for success
  • On-going email support (you might have some questions or just need a little encouragement to keep going – and that’s cool with me!)

Follow up – $80

Includes:

  • One 1-hour in-person follow-up session
  • Complete assessment of progress since initial meeting
  • Revised meal plan based on progress, changes and feedback since initial meeting
  • On-going email support

The Natural Mama Program – $225

As a mama myself I understand the unique nutritional needs and emotional demands required for the job, particularly in those hectic early years. You’re tired; you’re emotional; and like many moms your desire and ability to make nutritious and delicious food has gone right out the window (along with sleep and showering). Let’s get you back on track! No matter what your goal (weight loss? better sleep? clearer mind? all of the above??) we will work together to achieve them – effectively and sustainably.

  • 2 1-hour in-person sessions where we discuss your main health concerns and goals (an initial intake meeting and a 4-week follow up)
  • Complete lifestyle assessment, including medical history and current lifestyle and nutritional habits
  • Complete Nutri-Systems Profile to explore symptoms and identify current areas of imbalance
  • Personalized healing plan, including food, supplement and lifestyle recommendations based in your areas of imbalance, main health concerns and personal goals
  • 2 7-day Custom Meal Plans (an initial plan and a revised plan at 4-weeks), including recipes catered to your goals, specific health concerns and your lifestyle and strategies for success (can be tailored to focus on breastfeeding if you’re a nursing mama!)
  • On-going email support (you might have some questions or just need a little encouragement to keep going – and that’s cool with me!)

In-Home Pantry Purge (price varies based on location)

One of the biggest challenges to starting any weight-loss and wellness program is not knowing which foods to toss, and which to stock. After all, when so many processed options are touted as healthy it can be hard to know what’s what. Let me help!

Includes:

  • 90 minute in-person pantry cleanse, including a quick tutorial on label reading
  • Tailored recipe and food prep recommendations
  • 7-Day sample menu plan based on your and your family’s needs, tastes and health goals
