Food. Delicious, real food. This is what I’m about.
As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, my mission is to show people that despite popular belief a healthy diet doesn’t mean ice burg lettuce and celery on repeat; but instead can include tons and tons of delicious, clean and energizing foods straight from mama Earth that will always keep your plate interesting! It’s an amazing concept, right? I mean, who doesn’t love the idea of a brownie that both tastes amazing and doesn’t make you feel the need to run ten miles out of guilt after eating it? Food, much like life, is all about balance.
I’m currently living in Toronto with my husband and son. For those of you who know me, you know that the name of my business does not refer to my hair. Although I am blonde, like the vast majority of North American women I pay a king’s ransom every 6-8 weeks for a colour that should be mine by divine right (but we’re not here to talk about religion). The name simply refers to the fact that when it comes to eating I choose foods that are as natural and unprocessed as possible and mostly plant-based (cause I loooove my veggies). Not only do they taste better, but they really do help keep you feeling your best both physically and mentally. AND if you have designs on enjoying a long and active retirement (as I know I do) eating this way will definitely help get you there.
And that’s why I’m also here – to help get you there. I want you to live the happiest, most empowered life possible. It’s what you deserve – don’t you think? I do. So let’s get after it together.
